Dear Ram Families,
We are officially in the second nine weeks of school. We will send printed report cards home each quarter to increase communication about student grades. Please review grades with students and celebrate their accomplishments. If they have areas of growth, set goals with them and support them by reviewing skills they have learned at school. Reminder- Please return all report card envelopes.

Gifted Referral Window:
The gifted referral window will close Tuesday, November 12, at 4 PM. Students may be referred to the gifted identification process by an educator, parent/guardian, community member, peer, or self. By submitting a referral, you are requesting your child be evaluated to determine eligibility for gifted services. To begin a referral, contact your Gifted Identification Coordinator with your student’s name, teacher, grade, and area of referral (Math, Language, Both) or use this Google Form link to communicate your referral to school staff. Gifted referrals will not be accepted after 4 PM on Tuesday, November 12. Contact your Gifted Identification Coordinator, Josann Sims, jlsims@henrico.k12.va.us with questions.
